Abstract

Zusammenfassung In der mündlichen Kommunikation ist neben Inhalt und Struktur vor allem die Körpersprache entscheidend. Sie färbt die Wirkung des Gesagten. Vor allem wenn das Gegenüber uns noch nicht kennt, denn der erste Eindruck prägt den zweiten. Schauen wir uns also an, worauf der erste Eindruck basiert und welche Störsignale wir unbewusst senden. Wir lernen die Formel für Wirkung kennen und erfahren, welche Rolle die Kongruenz spielt. Denn wenn das Was und das Wie nicht zusammenpassen, bleibt der Inhalt weitgehend auf der Strecke.
