Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Kapitel „Systemzentrale“ behandelt den Kopf des Netzwerks. Er wird geprägt von der Persönlichkeit des Franchisegebers als Initiator. Das Aufgabenspektrum der Zentrale ist weit gespannt. Sie muss entwickeln, optimieren, multiplizieren, motivieren, synchronisieren und kontrollieren. Wenn die Wettbewerbskraft des Geschäftsmodells in Pilotbetrieben erwiesen ist, steht im Vordergrund zunächst die Entwicklung des Franchisemodells, insbesondere der Spielregeln, Tools und Prozesse. Danach folgt der Netzaufbau und als permanente Kernaufgabe die umfassende Betreuung der Franchisenehmer.
