Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das dritte Kapitel hinterfragt das Menschenbild von Wirtschaftskriegern und worin die Ursachen für überbordendes Rivalitätsstreben liegen. Ansatzpunkte dafür werden in einer Vielzahl von wissenschaftlichen Disziplinen gefunden, beispielsweise in der Humanethologie, der Soziologie, der Religion, der Psychologie oder der Medizin. Herausgehoben werden linguistische Konzepte, weil die bellizistische Sprache, die inUnternehmen und der Wirtschaftspresse zunehmend verwendet wird, Hinweise auf Gedankenstrukturen und insbesondere auf ein erhöhtes Aggressionspotential geben kann. Zwei Beispiele, eins zu den historischen Konquistadoren und ein anderes zum aktuellen LIBOR-Skandal, runden die Darstellung ab.
