Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Digitalisierung verändert die Art und Weise, wie wir arbeiten. Damit Organisationen ihren ganz eigenen Weg ins digitale Zeitalter finden, müssen zuerst einmal Strukturen und Arbeitsweisen offener und flexibler, kollaborativer und damit innovationsfreudiger werden. Denn neue Arbeit – und neue Geschäftsmodelle! – so viel steht fest, passen nicht in alte Muster. Bei einer Transformation, die weder „hauruck“ noch nach „Schema F“ geschieht, sondern die eigenen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter aktiv miteinbezieht, unterstützen Anna Kaiser und Jana Tepe andere Unternehmen mit ihrem Berliner Software-Unternehmen Tandemploy – und sind dadurch gleich auf drei Ebenen mit der „Digitalisierung“ befasst: privat, im eigenen Startup und in der Zusammenarbeit mit ihren Kunden aus Mittelstand und DAX. Warum Mut, Herz und offenes Denken und vor allem die Frage nach dem „Wozu?“ bei allem Gerede um die Digitalisierung nie zu kurz kommen dürfen, haben uns die beiden im Interview erzählt.
