Abstract

Zusammenfassung Digitalisierung als Schreckgespenst und Digitalisierung als Zukunftsbringer – die Sichtweisen auf die Möglichkeiten und Auswirkungen der neuen Technologien könnten kaum weiter voneinander abweichen. Diese werden in diesem Beitrag sowohl in Bezug auf meinen privaten Alltag als auch auf mein Berufsleben näher erläutert. Im Verlauf wechselt der Fokus auf die Auswirkungen der Digitalisierung auf Gesellschaft, Politik und Wirtschaft in den nächsten Jahren. Dabei spielt der aktuelle Wandel in der Industrie eine entscheidende Rolle, jedoch genauso bedeutsam ist die steigende Skepsis in der Bevölkerung. Durch den wachsenden Einfluss von Digitalisierung auf unser Leben regt sich zunehmend der Verdacht, dass die Digitalisierung unseren Alltag nicht nur zum Positiven verändert. Deshalb stellen sich für mich die Fragen, inwiefern Digitalisierung eine Gefahr oder eine Möglichkeit darstellt, wie wir die neu gewonnenen Möglichkeiten nutzen können und mit welchen Auswirkungen zu rechnen ist.
