Zukunftsorientierung in der Unternehmensbewertung

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Herrschende Meinung in der Lehre der Unternehmensbewertung ist, dass sich der Wert eines Unternehmens nach zukünftigen Erfolgen bemisst. Der vorliegende Beitrag geht aus von der Berücksichtigung der Zukunft in den verschiedenen Bewertungsverfahren. Ertragswertverfahren und Discounted Cash-flow Verfahren werden als adäquat angesehen, um die Zukunft in die Bewertung zu integrieren. Im Folgenden werden dann die Bedeutung von Zähler und Nenner dieser Verfahren – Einzahlungsüberschuss und Diskontierungsfaktor – besprochen. Die ausgewählten Verfahren gehen von einer unendlichen Lebensdauer des Unternehmens aus. Welche Bedeutung diese in der fernen Zukunft liegenden Perioden rechnerisch und wirtschaftlich haben, wird im Anschluss diskutiert. Abschließend werden Praxishinweise zum Umgang mit der Zukunftsorientierung gegeben.
