Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Beitrag greift mit dem Blick auf die Gestaltung betrieblicher Anreizsysteme die fortgesetzten Debatten um Konzepte der wertorientierten Unternehmensführung, speziell auch des Shareholder Values auf. Durch die Einbeziehung alternativer Perspektiven und Ansätze soll gezeigt werden, welche Konsequenzen für betriebliche Anreizsysteme entstehen und wie ein modernes Controllingverständnis unterstützend eingesetzt werden kann. Abschließend wird – konzeptionell und praxisorientiert – veranschaulicht, wie ein „Social Controlling“ als potentieller Lösungsansatz aussehen kann.
