Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Finanzcontrolling unterstützt das Management in den Handlungsfeldern einer wert- und risikoorientierten Unternehmensführung mit dem Einsatz von Controlling-Instrumenten, die sich vor allem finanzieller Größen bedienen. Im Rahmen des entscheidungsorientierten Finanzcontrollings werden in besonderem Maße das strategische und operative Erfolgsmanagement sowie das Risikocontrolling behandelt. Zudem wird auf wesentliche Inhalte des verhaltensorientierten Finanzcontrollings eingegangen.
