Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wissen gilt neben Arbeit, Rohstoff und Kapital als vierter Produktionsfaktor und entwickelt sich kontinuierlich zu einem wichtigen strategischen Wettbewerbsfaktor. Wolfgang Kersten untersuchte bereits früh die Zusammenhänge zwischen Wissensmanagement und verschiedenen Unternehmensbereichen, z.B. im ECommerce, im Produktentstehungsprozess oder im Risikomanagement. Eine Vielzahl neuer, datenbasierter, Geschäftsmodelle sowie intelligente und vernetzte Produkte und Dienstleistungen verändern den Wettbewerb in der digital unterstützten Wissensökonomie.
