Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der vorliegende Beitrag systematisiert die Instrumente der audiovisuellen Mitarbeiterkommunikation im Kontext ihrer Wirkungsweise sowie ihres Outcomes und Outflows. Da gerade auch die audiovisuellen Medien und Kommunikationsformen im Zuge der Digitalisierung bedeutenderem Wandel unterworfen sind als wohl jemals zuvor, wird die zugrundeliegende Systematik des Beitrags darüber hinaus Erkenntnisse der Wahrnehmungs- und Kognitionspsychologie hinsichtlich ihrer Effekte auf die Usability der audiovisuellen Medien miteinbeziehen. Damit soll die Aktualität der vorgestellten Instrumente auch im Rahmen einer beschleunigten medialen Umwelt gewährleistet und im Kontext der strategischen Organisationskommunikation längerfristig anwendbar sein.
