Abstract

Zusammenfassung Soziale Netzwerke werden in vielen Fällen als zeitgemäße Organisationsstruktur gesehen: Sie sollen eine schnelle Anpassung an die laufenden Umweltveränderungen ermöglichen. Digitale Werkzeuge unterstützen diese Entwicklung und erlauben netzwerkartige Kommunikation und flexible, projekt- und anlassbezogene Zusammenarbeit. Social Networks ermöglichen in Organisationen somit die Arbeit und Kommunikation in Teams und lösen – zumindest in Teilen – weniger bewegliche Organisationsformen ab.
