Abstract

Zusammenfassung Unter dem Creditor-Relations-Konzept wird das strategische, kontinuierliche und interaktive Beziehungsmanagement eines Unternehmens zu seinen aktuellen und potenziellen Fremdkapitalgebern sowie den Intermediären Ratingagenturen und Analysten verstanden. Neben der zentralen Prämisse eines fortlaufenden Zugangs zu Fremdkapital stellt die Optimierung der Zinsaufwände ein zentrales Ziel des Creditor-Relations-Konzeptes dar. Eine professionelle Implementierung von Creditor Relations trägt zur Bewältigung von Krisen bei und ist im Normalzustand des Marktes dazu geeignet, das Finanzergebnis eines Unternehmens wesentlich zu verbessern.
