Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Investor-Relations-Funktion befasst sich mit der Beziehungspflege zu den Aktionären, Investoren, Analysten und weiteren Kapitalmarktakteuren, (vor aber) allem die Zielgruppe der Investoren und Analysten ist zahlenmäßig überschaubar, aber zugleich sehr anspruchsvoll. Beziehungen werden daher überwiegend im direkten Austausch aufgebaut und gepflegt. Der Beitrag beleuchtet verschiedene Formate der Live-Kommunikation, deren Zielsetzung und Zielgruppen. Er beschreibt wichtige Einflussfaktoren einer effektiven Durchführung und gibt Impulse für die Evaluation.
