Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Investor-Relations-Organisation umfasst im Transformationsprozess von einem privat geführten Unternehmen hin zu einem börsennotierten Unternehmen die Etablierung neuer interner Infrastrukturen, Prozesse, Verantwortlichkeiten, Rollen und neue Disclosure- und Kommunikations-Inhalte, die mit den regulatorischen Pflichten und der Kür im Kapitalmarkt in enger Verbindung stehen. Ausgangspunkte dafür sind die internationale Best Practice und die unternehmensindividuelle Strategie, das Investor-Relations-Konzept zur personellen und finanziellen Ausstattung und die Vernetzung der Funktion mit relevanten Abteilungen und zu Unternehmensorganen.
