Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kommunikationsfachleute beschäftigen sich intensiv mit der Frage, wie sie sich für ihren Job fit halten können. Gleichzeitig wächst der Druck auf Organisationen, denn professionelle Kommunikatoren sind immer schwerer zu finden und zu binden. Deswegen muss die Planung, Förderung und Messung der Kompetenzentwicklung in Kommunikationsabteilungen zur Priorität werden. Im Beitrag zeigt sich, warum ein fachspezifisches Kompetenzmanagement für Kommunikatoren überhaupt notwendig ist und wie es gemeinsam mit der Personalabteilung gelingen kann.
