Abstract

Zusammenfassung Angesichts der vielfältigen Lobbytätigkeit von Rechtsanwälten auf allen Ebenen der staatlichen und privaten Normgebung ist eine wirksame Kontrolle durch rechtsstaatliche Rationalität und vor allem durch transparente demokratische Verfahren dringend erforderlich, aber bisher nur eingeschränkt möglich. Dies gilt trotz des Lobbyregisters gerade auch für die Normgebung auf der EU Ebene, in der es im besonderen Maße an einer wirksamen Kontrolle durch eine europäische Öffentlichkeit fehlt.
