Abstract

Zusammenfassung Agile Ideen sind eine Reaktion der Anpassung von Organisationen auf veränderte Umweltbedingungen, in denen hierarchische Systeme mit Command- und Order-Strukturen nicht mehr funktionieren bzw. Beweglichkeit einschränken. Mit zunehmender Komplexität rückt die Plan- und Zielorientierung in den Hintergrund und der Fokus verlagert sich auf Prozessorientierung. Dieses Kapitel gibt einen Überblick über die Zusammenhänge und skizziert erste Ideen für ein neues Management- und Führungsverständnis.
