Abstract

Zusammenfassung Was ist Agilität und was agil? Und was hat beides mit Führung zu tun? In diesem Kapitel lernen Sie agile Begriffe kennen. Sie erkennen, warum Agilität nicht nur Projektmanagementmethode, sondern mehr ist: eine Herangehensweise in der Unternehmens- und Personalführung, die den veränderten Bedingungen in der Arbeitswelt gerecht werden kann. Die durch die Digitalisierung entstehende Herausforderungen annehmen, mit Komplexität umgehen und Diversität in Perspektivenreichtum umwandeln kann. Sie verstehen den Unterschied zwischen agilen Werten, Prinzipien, Methoden und Maßnahmen. Außerdem erhalten Sie eine erste Idee von agilen Methoden und Maßnahmen, die Sie später in die Praxis umsetzen können.
