Die Controlling-Pioniere im Dialog: Albrecht Deyhle, Péter Horváth und Thomas Reichmann

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Auf der 10. Sankt Augustiner Controlling-Tagung am 11.03.2016 diskutierten die Controlling-Pioniere Dr. Dr. h.c. Albrecht Deyhle, Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Péter Horváth und Prof. Dr. Reichmann zum Konferenzthema „Controlling und Leadership“. Obwohl die drei in dieser Konstellation noch nicht über das Thema diskutiert hatten und Leadership z. T. unterschiedlich verstanden wurde, herrschte schnell Einigkeit darüber, dass eine solide theoretische Konzeption die Grundlage für ein wirksames Controlling bilden muss. Darauf aufbauend sind die weichen Faktoren wie etwa Überzeugungskraft und Ausstrahlung ausschlaggebend für die Entwicklung des Controllers in eine Management- oder Leadership-Funktion. Einheitlich sprechen die Controlling-Pioniere der Digitalisierung das Potenzial zur grundlegenden Veränderung des Controllings in der Zukunft zu. Diese Entwicklung wird auch die Ausbildung an deutschen Universitäten und Hochschulen für angewandte Wissenschaften beeinflussen. Beide Ausbildungsformen werden zukünftig weiter zusammenwachsen, sodass das Promotionsrecht auch für forschungsintensive Hochschulen und Professoren an Fachhochschulen unter bestimmten Bedingungen als zwangsläufig beurteilt wird.
