Abstract

Zussamenfassung Wann haben Sie Ihre letzte Softwarelösung implementiert? Ist Ihnen bewusst, wie viele der ursprünglichen Anforderungen eigentlich im System noch abgedeckt sind? Kennen Sie die Bereiche, die eigentlich doch manuell, statt mithilfe der neuen IT bedient werden, obwohl dies im ursprünglichen Projekt ganz anders geplant war? Konnte Ihre Lösung auch aufkommenden Änderungen in Prozessen und Anforderungen gerecht werden? Lüften Sie doch einfach mal den Deckel Ihres „IT-Topfes“ und prüfen Sie, ob die Rezeptur noch stimmt oder ob sich mittlerweile Bestandteile eingeschlichen haben, welche Ihre „IT-Kost“ nur schwer verdaulich macht. Schwer verdauliche Kost macht ineffizient, unflexibel und kostet Ihr Unternehmen Zeit und Geld.
