Abstract

Zussamenfassung In der Regel beeinflusst ein Softwareprojekt weite Teile im Unternehmen. Deswegen ist es manchmal verwunderlich, dass sich die Geschäftsführung oder der Firmeninhaber im Auswahlprozess rarmachen. Wenn Sie als Geschäftsführer, Vorstand oder Inhaber meinen, dass Sie Ihre Mitarbeiter haben, die für Sie die Entscheidungsvorbereitung im Rahmen ihrer Aufgaben im Unternehmen vornehmen und Sie diese dann nur noch abzunicken brauchen, bedenken Sie, dass Sie rechtlich nicht nur für die Auswahl und die damit verbundenen Konsequenzen verantwortlich sind, sondern natürlich auch mit der vorgeschlagenen Lösung leben müssen.
