Abstract

Zusammenfassung Bei der Finanzierung von Transaktionen im Bereich der Immobilienwirtschaft spielen Unternehmensanleihen (corporate bonds) als Finanzierungsform eine zunehmend wichtige Rolle. Unternehmensanleihen gewähren einen direkten Zugang zum Kapitalmarkt und bieten dadurch die Möglichkeit, Bankkredite vollständig zu ersetzen oder durch Stärkung der wirtschaftlichen Eigenkapitalausstattung die Voraussetzung für eine weitere Darlehensaufnahme zu schaffen.
