Abstract

Zusammenfassung In vielen Bereichen der Mathematikdidaktik werden Grundvorstellungen verwendet, um wünschenswerte Vorstellungen mathematischer Objekte oder Operationen bei Lernenden normativ festzulegen und tatsächlich vorliegende Vorstellungen zu beschreiben. Auch im Bereich der Geometrie existieren Grundvorstellungen zu geometrischen Objekten, über welche jedoch bislang wenig diskutiert wurde. Im Text werden Grundvorstellungsumbrüche beim Übergang von der 2D- zur 3D-Geometrie anhand von Studierendenbearbeitungen in 3D-DGS thematisiert und konkrete Vorschläge für Ansätze formuliert, was man unter Grundvorstellungen eines Kreises bzw. einer Lotgeraden verstehen könnte. Dieser Beitrag versteht sich als Anlass, um eine Diskussion über Definitionen von konkreten Grundvorstellungen geometrischer Objekte anzuregen.
