Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Business-Simulationen der edutrainment company (edugames™) schaffen ein praxisnahes Lernumfeld und sorgen so für einen erfolgreichen Transfer des Gelernten in die Praxis. Damit sind sie eine Antwort auf eine der größten Herausforderungen der Personalentwicklung: Wie kann trotz knapper Ressourcen mehr erreicht werden? Mithilfe von Szenarien, Plan- und Rollenspielen erlernen die Teilnehmer neue Kompetenzen und Fähigkeiten. Ausprobieren, Fehler machen, aus Feedback lernen – all dies ist in Simulationen problemlos möglich. Die realitätsnahen Lernwelten involvieren die Teilnehmer in hohem Maße, dank der Emotionalisierung werden Lernprozess und Transfer positiv unterstützt. Jede Simulation lässt sich auf die jeweiligen Anforderungen des Auftraggebers zuschneiden. Mehrere bewährte und zum Teil preisgekrönte Formate stehen zur Auswahl. Dem Grundgedanken von Edutrainment folgend vereint jedes von ihnen die drei Elemente Education, Training und Entertainment so, dass besonders effektiv gelernt wird.
