„Mach den Robo Job“ – Der virtuelle Agentur-Rundgang für IT-Experten

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Vor dem Hintergrund eines für Arbeitgeber sehr angespannten Arbeitsmarktes für qualifizierte Wissensarbeiter, müssen neue Wege eingeschlagen werden, um diese begehrte Zielgruppe auf sich als Arbeitgeber aufmerksam zu machen und als Mitarbeiter zu gewinnen. Das Projekt „Robo Job“ zeigt beispielhaft, wie Unternehmen mit Kandidaten aus dem Softwareentwicklungsumfeld in einen Dialog treten und sie für sich begeistern können. Die Bewerber sollen dadurch einen realistischen Einblick in das Unternehmen und ein positives Bewerbererlebnis erfahren. Der „Robo Job“ erfolgt, indem sich der Kandidat per Skype auf das als Kopf dienende iPad eines Roboters meldet und so direkt mit dem IT-Team in Kontakt tritt.
