Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ein erfolgreiches Management von Immobilienprojekten ist nur als Kombination dreier wechselseitig verbundener Aufgabenfelder möglich: der Entwicklung des Liefergegenstands, der Steuerung der dazu notwendigen Ablaufprozesse und der Organisation der beteiligten Akteure. Das folgende Kapitel behandelt die Frage, inwieweit der Ablauf eines Immobilienprojektes prozessualisiert und damit standardisiert werden kann, ohne die jeweiligen Projektspezifika zu vernachlässigen. Ausgangspunkt ist die Unterscheidung von wohldefinierten und schlecht definierten Problemen. Es wird vorgeschlagen, ein Prozessmodell zu konstruieren, das Projekte als Netzwerke von Kern-, Führungs- und Unterstützungsprozessen fasst und zugleich die Anforderungen iterativer und rekursiver Prozessabläufe beachtet.
