Abstract

Zusammenfassung Öffentliche wie private Organisationen, die Projektaufgaben aufgrund fehlender Ressourcen oder aus anderen Gründen allein nicht erbringen können, suchen Unterstützung bei Externen und schließen unterschiedlichste Verträge ab. Dieses Kapitel stellt die juristischen Maßnahmen für eine erfolgreiche Projektentwicklung dar. Beginnend mit der rechtlichen Strukturierung des Projektes und der Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation, über den Erwerb des Grundstücks und dem Erhalt der Baugenehmigung, bis zu den Verträgen mit den Planern und ausführenden Firmen und letztendlich dem möglichen Verkauf des Projektes. In Abschn. 10.11 wird zusätzlich auf die Besonderheiten des Juristischen Projektmanagements eingegangen.
