Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel erfahren Sie, welche Faktoren in einem Team wirksam sind und Sie lernen das Modell der Teamentwicklungsphasen kennen mit Ihrer jeweiligen phasenspezifischen Leitungsaufgabe. Sie erfahren, wie Sie Ihr Team entwickeln können mit praktischen Anleitungen zur Gestaltung von Teammeetings, wie dem Kick-off, informellen Teamtreffen, zu unterschiedlichen Meetingarten im Projekt und zur Moderation von Arbeitsmeetings. Zur Meetingmoderation erhalten Sie Hinweise, worauf Sie achten, um ein erfolgreiches Meeting vorbereiten und steuern zu können sowie in welcher Rolle Sie diese Steuerung übernehmen können. Sie erfahren, wie Sie entscheiden können, welche Art von Informationsgestaltung ein Team braucht, auch unter Berücksichtigung auf die Teamentwicklungsphasen. Eine Besonderheit bildet der Umgang mit Fehlern im Team, der HFMEA-Ansatz zur Fehlerklassifizierung, um Fehler als Lernquelle zu nutzen und die Bearbeitung von Fehlern in der Gesprächsführung.
