Abstract

Zusammenfassung Beobachten wir einen Chemiker, einen Physiker, einen Ingenieur bei der Arbeit! Wir sehen ihn neben verschiedenen Hantierungen an seinen Apparaten auch rechnen. Ohne Rechnung bleibt seine Arbeit eine rein beschreibende, die gesuchten Resultate findet er erst durch Berechnungen. In diesen Berechnungen spielen Größen und Rechnungsoperationen eine Rolle, die den Stoff zu diesem Buche liefern.
