Abstract

Nowadays, the Internet of things (IoT) trends to develop in a vertical shaft pattern. Data sharing ratio among application systems is quite low, resulting in the low-level duplicated construction. This paper presents a real-time message exchange framework based on the publication-subscription mechanism (RMEF). RMEF provides a loose coupling, real-time and asymmetrical framework for the information sharing among application systems. Experimental results show that real-time information exchange between two application systems can be achieved through this framework with little increased burdens on them.
