Abstract

Since 2007, Chinese trust industry has grown rapidly but there exist many unfavorable factors affecting the safe development of Chinese trust industry. The advantage of Chinese trust system is obvious but Chinese trust industry has no exclusive business, no core competence, no sufficient trust talents, and the external environment of trust industry is severe. In order to ensure the safe development of Chinese trust industry, China should train trust professional personnel through various ways, perfect Chinese trust law and policy system and cultivate exclusive business of Chinese trust industry.
