Abstract

To deal with the Manufacturing services chain rapid assembly problems on the manufacturing services platform, a manufacturing service chain assembly planning model was presented. The model is driven assembling unit by task, and called manufacturing service software, complete the manufacturing service software connection, quick forming manufacturing service chain. Application of hybrid immune optimization algorithm to obtain the optimal assembly plan. The algorithm uses the immune algorithm for manufacturing service component to the assembly unit, the order of assembly manufacturing service component using simulated annealing algorithm to adjust each assembly unit. Finally through computer-aided design software component assembly planning optimization examples show that the hybrid immune algorithm has good adaptability, compared with genetic algorithm to obtain better optimization results.
