Abstract

From the self-cognitive perspective which takes the staff as the center, this paper puts forward employees’ self-efficacy is the extrinsic motivation of voice behavior. It researches on the effect mechanism of leader empowerment behavior on employees’ voice behavior combined with the social impact theory. It concludes leader empowerment behavior influence employees’ voice behavior through self-efficacy; perceived organizational support has moderating effect between leader empowerment behavior and employees’ self-efficacy.
