The Evaluation and Analysis of Science Technology Progress of Traditional Industry in Shandong Province Based on the Perspective

Abstract

Based on clear the concept of traditional industry, science and technology progress and science and technology progress of traditional industry, and focus on the whole progress to improve the level of science and technology progress of traditional industry, the paper structures 5 models, 11 elements and 23 index to make up a system of evaluation index of science and technology progress of traditional industry. The paper confirmed use multi-level fuzzy evaluation method to measurement evaluation, and evaluate the level of science and technology progress of traditional industry in 31 provinces in 2009 and 2010 based on detailed statistical data. According to the results, the paper analyses the science and technology progress of traditional industry in Shandong Province, pointed to its advantages and problems and gave the solutions and advice to improve the level.
