Abstract

Application of synergy management thought to engineering project management is increasingly paid much attention to. For this, a engineering project management model is proposed with synergy optimization of multiple goals as orientation and synergy management of whole process of project as carrier based on synergy management of information, in which parties, as main body of synergy act upon the whole process integrating increasingly complex development trend of modern engineering project based on analysis on drawbacks of traditional project engineering management model and adaption of engineering project with external environment is emphasized.
