Research on the Risk Allocation Efficiency of Agent Construction of Government Investment Projects

Abstract

Risk allocation is one of the key factors for the success of government investment projects, its research has been concerned widespread in the academic community, and has achieved fruitful research results. However, there is need for further consideration of risk allocation efficiency, so the reliability of the conclusions of various studies still need further survey. This paper build a model of risk allocation efficiency by learning from the efficiency of inter-enterprise transactions, and the results of the model show that the enforcing costs has a direct impact on risk allocation efficiency and even the contract efficiency.
