Abstract

According to the progress of building industry, residential construction model suits to Chinese population, resource and environment development is required to be established as soon as possible. Residential industrialization is the inevitable course of development with premise of new technology, new material and appropriate structure system. The paper comprehensively evaluates the current residential structure by Matter-element theory to chose the most efficient residential structure system and supply theoretical basis for investment decisions.
