Service Enhancement Mode Study on Urban Rail Transportation Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises Cluster

Abstract

In recent years services have been used to enhance the competitiveness of enterprise products and obtain new value in domestic and foreign manufacturing. In this paper, two enterprises service enhancement modes based on urban rail transportation equipment manufacturing cluster in China are proposed. And the mechanisms of these two modes are analyzed clearly. The results show that the two service enhancement modes can contribute to the sharing of enterprises knowledge, promote the learning process among enterprises and optimize the interaction between enterprises and their customers within the cluster.
