Abstract

Different from the strategic view which places the emphasis on how an enterprise grabs the leadership in a business ecosystem, this paper focuses on how an enterprise strategy builds a successful business ecosystem. Based on a summary of the business ecosystems connotations, this paper analyzes the structural models in business ecosystem, explores the strategic positioning and strategic choice of enterprises in business ecosystem, and finally comes up with recommendations for optimizing the business ecosystem combining with the actual case of the Jinguang Group.
