Abstract

For an international company, strategic planning is a highly complex task. If a company serves a number of different geographical markets and/or produces in more than one country, this makes strategic planning considerably more difficult than in a domestic company. In order to develop strategies for its future, the international company has to resolve issues that the domestic company simply does not have.
