Abstract

Zusammanfasung Als ich im April 1945 in meine Heimatstadt zurückkehrte, war ihr offizieller Name wieder Cluj. Das im September-Oktober 1944 befreite Nordsiebenbürgen war an Rumänien zurückgegeben worden. In den sechs Monaten nach dem Staatsstreich vom 23. August, bei dem Rumänien im Krieg die Seiten wechselte, folgten mehrere von Generälen geführte Regierungen aufeinander. Alle diese Regierungen hatten nur begrenzte Vollmachten, da das Land von der Roten Armee kontrolliert wurde und die wirkliche Macht in den Händen von Marschall Malinowskis Truppen lag.
