Abstract

Zusammenfassung Zahlreiche Unternehmen starten jedes Jahr Initiativen zur Optimierung der operativen Exzellenz. Dabei werden nicht selten auch schnelle erste Umsetzungserfolge erzielt. Lässt nach einiger Zeit jedoch die Aufmerksamkeit der Führungskräfte nach, findet oft eine Rückkehr zu alten Arbeitsweisen statt. Doch die langfristige Absicherung operativer Verbesserungserfolge ist möglich. Im folgenden Kapitel werden wesentliche Elemente beschrieben, die erfahrungsgemäß dazu beitragen, die Nachhaltigkeit der operativen Wertsteigerung zu verankern. Zentrale Themen des Kapitels sind hier die Veränderungsbereitschaft der Menschen im Unternehmen, die Einführung einer wertorientierten Denkweise, die Professionalisierung der Wertsteigerung und die Unterstützung durch Kennzahlen.
