Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Innovationsfähigkeit des Arbeits- und Wirtschaftsstandortes Deutschland mit seinen Technologien, leistungs- und wettbewerbsfähigen Unternehmen sowie seinen kompetenten Menschen erfordert betriebliche Prävention und eine humane Arbeitsgestaltung, die nachhaltig in der Praxis verankert ist. Sie zielt auf die Erhaltung der Kreativität und Arbeitsfähigkeit der Menschen in einer Arbeitswelt, die durch dynamische, vernetzte Arbeitsformen im demografischen Wandel geprägt ist.
