Abstract

Zusammenfassung Es ist auch weithin bekannt, dass eine explizite Formel für die Lösung einer kubischen Gleichung existiert, doch Studenten werden im Allgemeinen nicht dazu ermuntert, sie zu lernen. Die übliche Begründung dafür ist, dass die Formel zu lang, zu kompliziert und nicht besonders praktisch in der Anwendung ist. Diese Warnungen reichen allerdings nicht immer aus, unseren Wissensdurst zu bremsen, und viele Leute suchen nach dieser Formel in verschiedenen Lehrbüchern und Nachschlagewerken. Dort finden sie Folgendes.
