Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Thema dieser Vorlesung sind glatte ebene Kurven wie die aus Abbildung 12.1. Schnittpunkte einer Kurve mit sich selbst werden als Doppelpunkte bezeichnet; Doppel Punkte die Kurve aus Abbildung 12.1 hat drei davon. Eine Doppeltangente Doppel Tangente ist eine Gerade, die an die Kurve an zwei verschiedenen Punkten tangential ist. Wir unterscheiden zwischen äußeren und inneren Doppeltangenten: Bei der äußeren Doppeltangente liegen die beiden kleinen Kurvenabschnitte auf einer Seite der Tangente, bei der inneren Doppeltangente liegen sie auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten (siehe Abbildung 12.2). Es mag vielleicht nicht sofort klar sein, aber die Kurve aus Abbildung 12.1 auf der vorherigen Seite hat acht äußere und vier innere Doppeltangenten.
