Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die vorangehenden Ausführungen haben deutlich gemacht, dass zahlreiche Unternehmen die margenträchtigen Potenziale hybrider Leistungsbündel nicht hinreichend ausschöpfen können, da es ihnen - insbesondere in Bezug auf die darin enthaltenen Dienstleistungsbestandteile - an einer strikt marktorientierten und damit gewinnoptimierenden Perspektive mangelt.
