Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel soll Ihnen verdeutlicht werden, wie die PICTURE-Methode aufgebaut ist und wie mit ihrer Hilfe Verwaltungsabläufe dargestellt werden können. Dazu wird zuerst ein ϋberblick über die PICTURE-Methode gegeben, um darauf aufbauend die einzelnen Elemente der Methode zu beschreiben. Das sind . Prozessbausteine zur Abbildung des Verwaltungshandelns und ihre Attribute, Prozesse und Teilprozesse als Zusammenfassung von Prozessbausteinen, Konstrukte zur Abbildung von Verzweigungen und Parallelität, weitere Elemente zur Organisation, zu Ressourcen und zu Dokumenten sowie verschiedene Prozesskatalog zur Modellverwaltung. Dabei werden die Ausführungen konsequent an Beispielen erläutert und in einen inhaltlichen Zusammenhang gebracht, um ein leichteres Verständnis zu ermöglichen.
