Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Kontrast eines Stapelfehlers kann von allen Gitterbaufehlern am einfachsten beschrieben werden. Es handelt sich um örtliche Änderungen der Stapelfolge bestimmter Gitterebenen. Am besten bekannt sind Stapelfehler im kubisch flächenzentrierten (kfz) Gitter. Die Oktaederebenen {111} sind im perfekten Gitter in der Reihenfolge ABC ABC ABC ABC gestapelt (Abb. 5.1a). Ein einfacher Stapelfehler entsteht durch Herausnehmen oder Hinzufügen einer beliebigen Ebene, z. B.
