Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Grundausrüstung eines Elektronenmikroskopes, das zur Durchstrahlung fester Stoffe benutzt werden soll, muss folgende Möglichkeiten haben: 1. eine Beschleunigungsspannung von mindestens 100 kV, 2. einen Doppelkondensor, 3. eine Einrichtung für Feinbereichsbeugung.
