Abstract

For the sake of clarity, I’d like to point out in advance that I am focusing on technical services I am convinced that we in Germany cannot live exclusively by service from one company to another and vice versa The challenge for service is to help customers improve their competitiveness and to export leading service methods, tools and expertise
